Japan IT Digital Lead - Global Pharma (Hybrid Remote Work, Great WLB)
Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, recruiting a Japan IT Digital Lead to oversee their digital transformation strategy in Japan.
This is a chance to lead innovative initiatives & directly shape digital strategy at a top-tier global company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Japan digital strategy.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with global teams, business units, and medical teams.
- Drive compliance, cybersecurity, and operational excellence for digital assets.
- Act as a strategic advisor to GBUs, identifying digital opportunities and overcoming roadblocks.
- Build and manage a high-performing digital team, fostering innovation and capability development.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in IT.
- Experience in management / senior leadership roles.
- Experience in managing digital transformation projects.
- Business acumen combined with expertise in digital technology and strategy.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
- MUST be fluent in Japanese.
