Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop IT Business Strategy - Lead and co-create technology-driven business strategies that align with local and regional objectives, ensuring measurable and impactful results.
  • Innovate and Improve - Identify emerging business opportunities, work with architects, designers, and product leads to create prototypes, and deliver continuous improvements to business-critical solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management - Act as the central point for integrating and aligning IT-related needs from diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Optimize Solutions - Promote and implement reusable IT solutions to address shared business challenges and drive efficiency.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence - Collaborate with IT teams and other domains to maintain end-to-end IT effectiveness, ensuring robust support for business operations..

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration etc.
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies in alignment with business objectives.
    • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, including working with executive-level teams.
    • Strong background in business process improvement, IT architecture, and solution delivery.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of modern IT systems, architecture, and enterprise solutions.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in driving innovation through prototyping and collaboration.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
    • Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and global networks.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
