Our client are a fast-growing tech startup subsidiary of a major Japanese company. They're hiring an IT Manager.

You'll be the first member of the in-house IT department & manage all IT functions with the support of the group.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage daily IT department operations
• - Ensure optimal performance of the tech infrastructure.
• - Develop tech / IT adoption strategy.
• - Develop procedures for incident response, problem resolution, and employee support.
• - Document device configurations, Zero Trust setup, and audit processes.
• - Produce regular reports on device performance, security, audit compliance, and SaaS utilization using automation tools.
• - Conduct security audits to identify and fix vulnerabilities.
• - Manage IT-related vendors.
• - Manage the IT budget.

Requirements:

• - At least 5 years of experience in IT management
• - Experience in startup environment (preferred).
• - Ability to manage major projects.
• - Relevant certifications (eg CISSP, CISM, ITIL preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
