IT Engineer (SAP/SBO) ITエンジニア

We're recruiting an IT Engineer for a global Retail / Consumer Products company. The role is based in Tokyo, and offers competitive salary / benefits.

Position Overview:

• Handle SBO (SAP BUSINESS ONE) and vendor applications.
• Collaborate with global SBO IT team & overseas vendors.
• Check and adjust system solutions as per department needs.
• Address system queries and issues through HELPDESK for SBO and vendor apps.
• Support SBO and related applications.
• Manage HELPDESK services and solve system issues.
• Work on SBO projects as part of the Global IT team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 years in SBO or SAP application support.
• Knowledge in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Helpdesk experience for SBO (or SAP).
• Knowledge in VB, C, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of POS, Order, Sales, and EDI systems.
• SAP application skills or related certifications.
• Familiar with Windows servers, Microsoft Office, and IP communication.
• Experience in Retail or Wholesale industry (preferred).
