We are looking for an experienced IT Data & Analytics Business Partner for a top company in the retail/FMCG sector. This important role focuses on using data and analytics to improve the company's market position and efficiency. You will join a team dedicated to digital transformation and talent management. Key Responsibilities:

• - Use data tools to improve communication between business departments and data teams.
• - Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
• - Work closely with team members and stakeholders to review and enhance project results.
• - Occasionally provide administrative support when needed.

Skills and Experience:

• - At least 5 years of experience in a related field, with a track record in leading projects and handling multiple tasks.
• - Ability to understand business needs and turn them into actionable projects.
• - Proactive in spotting issues and creating solutions independently.
• - Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
• - Deep understanding of corporate functions, ideally from experience in corporate departments.
• - Positive, driven, and action-oriented with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
