We have a great opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in the retail industry. Our client is a fast-moving and innovative company looking for a skilled HRBP to support their business operations in Osaka, Japan. In this role, you will focus on strategic HR tasks to help achieve business goals.


主な業務内容:

• ビジネスリーダーと協力し、人事戦略をビジネス目標と整合させる。
• 組織開発、従業員関係、業績管理に関する専門的なアドバイスを提供する。
• 人材計画とタレントマネジメントを支援し、高いパフォーマンスを維持するチームを構築する。
• 組織内のあらゆるレベルで効果的なコミュニケーションを確保する。
• ポジティブな企業文化を促進する人事ポリシーと手続きを実施する。

応募資格:

• 人事、ビジネス管理、または関連分野の学士号。
• 小売業界でのHRBPまたは類似の役割の経験。
• 人事実務および労働法に関する強い知識。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、人間関係構築能力、交渉力。
• 迅速で革新的な環境で成功する能力。
