We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner Manager for a leading company in the chemical industry. This role requires working closely with senior executives to align HR goals with business needs, enhance employee engagement, and develop workforce strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies with senior leaders to meet regional business goals.
- Provide strategic advice on HR challenges and personnel decisions.
- Ensure smooth HR services integration with internal and external partners.
- Analyze workforce trends to guide decisions on personnel costs, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR teams across Asia Pacific to address major HR issues impacting business results.
- Support regional and global HR projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or similar.
- At least 10 years of HR experience in a multinational setting, with 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior management in a complex environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
