Role Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to HR procedures related to M&A process.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve new hire experiences.
- Formulate plans for employee migration and cultural integration.
- Maintain effective communication across diverse channels.
- Create and update presentation materials as needed.
- Participate in client meetings, gathering essential data for integration plans.
- Address potential employee impacts, providing training and support as needed.
- Adapt HR plans according to employee feedback and needs.
- Collaborate in the development of a cooperative leadership model.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Proficient in English, including document creation and negotiations.
- Ability to guide employees through post-M&A organizational changes.
- Experience in cross-cultural interactions and global relationship building.
- Experience with survey tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of HR labor laws and operational aspects of HR (preferred).
