A leading retail company is looking for an HR Planning Manager in Tokyo. This role is key to creating and applying HR strategies that keep the company competitive and fair. You'll design pay structures, manage benefit programs, and improve communication to boost employee engagement. There are opportunities for career growth, including roles like Planning & Operations Director or HR Business Partner, and chances for international assignments.

主な業務内容：

• - 給与ポリシーの策定および評価を行い、業界標準に合致させる
• - 給与調査を実施し、その結果に基づいて給与体系を調整する
• - 給与見直しプロセスを監督し、人事チームやグローバルチームと協力して給与変更やボーナスを決定する
• - 従業員に対して給与ポリシーや実務を明確に説明する
• - グローバルな取り組みに沿った福利厚生プログラムを実施し、日本向けに適応させる
• - 地域ニーズに応じた追加プログラムを作成し、イベントの企画や報告を行う
• - 人事ポリシーを共有し、従業員のエンゲージメントを促進するためのコミュニケーション戦略を策定する
• - 人事ポリシーに影響を与える法改正を把握し、業界会議に参加して知見を得る

応募資格：

• - ExcelのIF関数、VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブルなど、MS Officeの強力なスキル
• - 給与変更管理の経験（3年以上が望ましい）
• - 美容業界への知識、起業家的アプローチ、優れた問題解決能力
