Our client in the luxury industry is seeking a HR Generalist to be based in their central Tokyo office.

This role will report directly to the Japan HR Director and is an excellent opportunity for career development in a well-established brand.

Responsibilities:

• Employee relations
• Year-end procedures
• Compensation & Benefits
• Assist with recruitment (campus & other)
• Learning & Development
• HR operations

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Japanese, with business-level English.
• Experience in organizations with over 200 employees.
• At least 3 years in roles such as HR Generalist, HR Representative, HRBP, or HR Manager, with a preference for experience in Gaishikei companies.
