主な業務内容：

• - 日本における成長と従業員の育成を支援するため、米国の人事チームと連携します。
• - 東京オフィスとグローバル本社間のコミュニケーションを円滑にするため、日英バイリンガルのスキルを活用します。
• - 採用、給与、福利厚生、コンプライアンス、従業員関係などの人事機能を実施・管理します。
• - 人材管理に重点を置き、ビジネス目標と一致する人事戦略を策定します。
• - 報酬見直し、エンゲージメント調査、開発プログラムをリードします。
• - パフォーマンス、従業員満足度、多様性に関するデータを分析し、企業の健全性を評価します。
• - 外部パートナーと協力し、入社手続き、退職手続き、給与計算、福利厚生を管理します。
• - 毎月の健康と安全に関する会議を実施します。

応募資格：

• - 7年以上の人事経験があり、特に急成長企業やスタートアップでの経験がある方が望ましいです。
• - 様々な従業員グループにわたる人事管理の実績があります。
• - ポリシー実施、従業員関係、報酬戦略における実力を有します。
• - 問題解決能力が高く、スピーディーな環境で優先順位をつけて業務を遂行できる方。
• - 日本の労働法や雇用慣行について深い理解がある方。
• - 日本語と英語での優れた書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力。
