We are looking for an HR Data Specialist to join our client's team at their Japan headquarters.

主な業務内容：

- 高度なExcel機能やVBAを活用して人事データを分析し、ファイルの最適化を図る。
- 社内人事システムの管理者として、国内外の本社間での円滑なコミュニケーションを確保。
- 個人情報を正確かつ効率的に管理する。
- プロジェクト実行中のリスクを特定し、スムーズな統合と改善を行う。
- 各拠点、HRビジネスパートナー、本社との効果的なコミュニケーションを通じて、HR KPIを維持。
- デジタル変革と業務効率化を推進するプロジェクトをリード。
- 関連チームとのトレーニングやプレゼンテーションを実施。
- 国内外の同僚と日本語と英語で積極的に協力。
