This role requires a proactive person who can support retail HR functions and help align them with the company's business goals. 主な業務内容：

• - 人事業務管理：従業員関係、採用、評価管理、給与・福利厚生、研修など。
• - 販売部や経営陣と連携し、人事活動をビジネス戦略と整合させる。
• - 人事プロセスの効率化を図り、改善策を提案・実施。
• - 企業方針に従った一貫したポリシーの適用を確保。
• - 経営陣やスタッフに戦略的な人事アドバイスを提供。
• - 従業員の成長を促進する評価管理プログラムの活用を支援。
• - ビジネスニーズに応じた人事予算を作成・管理。

応募資格：

• - ファッションまたはラグジュアリー業界での3年以上の人事経験。
• - 日本語に堪能で、ビジネスレベルの英語力。
• - 高いコミュニケーション能力と関係構築スキル。
• - 日常業務を管理しつつ、戦略的な計画を立てる能力。
• - 意思決定と多様な業務を効果的に処理するスキル。
