Head of IT

Role Overview
As the Head of IT, you will lead our global IT efforts, managing technology systems and driving innovation. You will work closely with teams across the company to ensure that IT operations support business goals and are secure and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an IT strategy that supports business goals and drives growth.
• Lead and manage a global IT team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Work with business leaders to ensure IT initiatives are aligned with company needs.
• Oversee the management of IT systems, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and ensure compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and the IT budget to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese (must) and English.
• Proven experience in leading global IT teams.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business teams.

Preferred

• Experience working in multinational organizations, with knowledge of Japan's IT landscape.
• Strong background in developing IT teams and fostering talent.
• Passion for innovation and exploring new technologies.
