Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and regional needs.

Advise senior leaders on organizational design, people strategy, and managing change.

Create and execute plans for attracting and keeping top talent.

Work with regional HR teams on leadership development and succession planning.

Use data to find skill gaps and improve workforce skills.

Boost employee engagement to create a positive and productive workplace.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role in a multinational company.

多国籍企業での上級人事リーダーシップ職における豊富な経験。

Proficiency in strategic HR management, talent development, and employee engagement.

戦略的人事管理、タレント開発、従業員エンゲージメントの専門知識。

Strong knowledge of Japan’s labor laws and regulatory compliance.

Analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions.
