Our client a leading international investment bank headquartered in Japan. They're looking for a Global Head of IT Sourcing.

This is an executive Executive Director role. You'll have responsibility for large budgets and major strategic initiatives.

Suitable candidates will be highly experienced and confident leaders who wish to take on a global leadership responsibility.

業務内容:

• - グローバルIT調達戦略の立案と実行
• - ベンダー戦略の策定および管理
• - 予算管理およびコスト削減施策の開発と実施
• - 業界規制および基準への準拠の確保
• - IT調達をビジネス目標に合わせるためのシニアリーダーシップとの連携
• - IT調達プロセスの改善

応募資格:

• - 関連分野での10年以上の経験
• - IT調達の経験
• - 金融サービスまたはテクノロジー分野での経験
• - 強力なリーダーシップスキル（グローバルチームの管理経験がある方が望ましい）
• - ベンダー管理および契約交渉の専門知識
• - 優れたコミュニケーションおよびステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
• - コスト削減とイノベーションに焦点を当てた戦略的思考
• - CIPSまたはその他の専門的な調達資格（あれば尚可）
