Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• - Over 10 years of experience in finance or related roles.
• - Proven success in strategic business partnerships and team management.
• - Strong English and Japanese communication skills.
• - MBA is highly preferred.
• - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• - Experience in process improvement and understanding complex workflows.
