Our client is seeking a Head of Finance to manage and oversee various aspects of the financial department, including strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Leadership:
Manage the finance team.
Coordinate various projects and stakeholders.

Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management on long-term goals.
Develop financial and operational strategies.

Forecasting and Reporting:
Handle planning, forecasting, and reporting for the Softlines product range.
Ensure a strict financial control environment.

Customer Engagement:
Focus on customer-related growth and profitability strategies.

Qualifications:

• 8 years in finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• English and Japanese proficiency, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of SQL (preferred).
