Head of Digital Workplace & Service Desk

We are looking for a skilled leader to manage and improve our global communication platforms and service desk operations. You will be responsible for integrating digital workplace technologies to boost collaboration across international offices. Your role includes designing and implementing digital services and setting up an effective global service desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Create and implement strategies to improve communication and collaboration tools like M365 and CoPilot.
  • - Build and manage a global service desk for smooth operations.
  • - Work with workplace stakeholders to develop and execute technology strategies.
  • - Manage global rollout of workplace technology to ensure stability and smooth operation.
  • - Collaborate with international teams, vendors, and departments to meet strategic goals.
  • - Build strong relationships with vendors to improve service delivery.
  • - Lead and mentor a diverse, global team.
  • - Oversee financial planning for technology, ensuring cost-effective management.
  • - Coordinate with internal teams like IT security, governance, infrastructure, and audit to support projects.



Qualifications:

  • - University degree or equivalent experience.
  • - Extensive experience in managing global technology programs and projects.
  • - Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
  • - Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English.
  • - Strong communication and vendor management skills.
  • - In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, governance, and security.
