Our client are a major pharma company, recruiting a Global Lead for IT Digitalization and Strategy.

You'll lead digital transformation and data analytics prpkects across the organization.

This is a senior role, with team leadership responsibility and strategic decision-making. You will manage a team of over ten professionals.

Qualifications:

• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
• - Over 5 years of relevant experience
• - Experience in digital transformation and data analytics.
• - Leadership skills.
• - Certified SCRUM Master or expertise in Agile Development (preferred).
• - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
