Looking to build a career in buy-side asset management? A global asset management firm is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support institutional and financial intermediary clients. Buy-side experience is NOT required-candidates from sell-side, insurance, or financial vendors are encouraged to apply. This is a unique opportunity to develop expertise in investment operations and relationship management-without the pressure of sales KPIs.

• Act as a key point of contact for institutional clients, handling inquiries on transactions, compliance, and investment details.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Investment Operations, Legal, Compliance) to execute client service requests.
• Assist in planning and coordinating due diligence meetings and client reporting.
• Support client relationship teams in strategic planning and account management.
• Develop a deep understanding of asset management operations and client servicing.

• Experience in financial services, sell-side, insurance, or financial vendors-buy-side experience not required.
• Strong ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Native-level Japanese and business English proficiency.
• Eager to develop a long-term career in buy-side investment management.
