Overview:

A Software Development company is seeking a Fullstack Engineer in Tokyo. The role focuses on integrating AI components into various software applications. Conversational Japanese is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

Development:
Design and build AI-integrated software for Mobile, Desktop, Web, and MicroServices.

Coding Practices:
Create reusable modular code using multi-platform frameworks.

Collaboration:
Participate in code review and pair programming, and apply development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Ad hoc) as appropriate.

Technical Skills:

Languages:
Python, Kotlin, Swift, TypeScript, Java.

Frameworks:
Django, Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile, Compose Desktop, Flutter.

Work Environment:
Remote work primarily, with an option to work in the office.
Communication in English within the team; English and Japanese with other departments.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in web or mobile application development.
• Knowledge of networks, databases, algorithms, data structures.
• Business-level English, conversational Japanese.
