Full-Stack Tech Lead - AI Product - Up to 13M

Our client is a Japanese AI company that focuses on enhancing business processes using artificial intelligence and machine learning. The company develops AI-driven solutions across various industries, including healthcare, finance, and human resources. Their goal is to address societal challenges by leveraging advanced AI technologies.

They are currently focusing on creating an AI-powered product that would help streamline HR processes for companies in various industries. The team is currently looking to hire a tech-lead who can help spearhead the project.

Requirements:

- More than 3 years of web application development experience

- Experience leading development projects

- Proficiencey in Golang/Java/Kotlin, etc.

- Fluency in Japanese (at least N1 level / 3 years of work experience in a Japanese company)
