Recruiter (Full Remote)

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter Specialist to join an international team in the automotive parts sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to work well in a remote environment using digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international setting.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to solve recruitment challenges.
