[Full remote] Product Design Lead/Manager

Our client is an industry leading SaaS company that is developing cutting edge technologies to help businesses maximize their potential revenues. As a lead Product Designe Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage teams of designers and guide our client's design vision and ensure our products are user-friendly and visually appealing. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and lead the design process from concept to launch.


English and Japanese required, full remote within Japan


Responsibilities

• Use 3D modeling software to design products and component
• Produce prototypes and test functionality
• Managing teams/performance evaluation
• Improve the design of existing products
• Gather feedback from product users

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer
• Experience managing teams/leading projects
• Experience working with high traffice B2B is great to have
• Fluency in English, Japanese.
