Our client is an up and coming tech company that provides DX solutions to clients of various industries, mainly in Fintech/Healthcare. They are looking to hire a number of full stack software engineers both senior and mid-level for its new line of projects&products

They have a full remote working culture with a flat organization and English as the main language. Engineering team have members from 20+ countries and turnover rate is very low.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take part in the development of projects/products
• Collaborate with global technical teams on numerous projects
• Maintaining existing services
• Provide technical mentorship and guide teams towards achieving project goals.

Qualifications:

• Extensive full cycle software development experience in any language. There is no hard requirement for tech stack here, as long as candidates have good education/working background, then they can consider it.
• Experience handling client-facing responsibilities in Japanese
• Experience with building scalable systems.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for innovation.
• Strong command in Japanese, or at least from N2 level and above.
