主要業務内容：

- プロフェッショナルで親しみやすい態度でゲストを迎え、登録を行う。
- スムーズなチェックイン・チェックアウト業務の管理。
- ホテルや地元エリアに関する質問に答え、情報を提供する。
- 他部門と連携し、ゲストの快適な滞在をサポート。
- 予約管理および部屋の割り当てを担当。
- ゲストからの苦情や問題を迅速かつ効果的に解決。

応募資格：

- ホテル業界でのフロントデスク経験3年以上。
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
- 日本語および英語に堪能であること。他の言語ができれば尚可。
- 優れたカスタマーサービス能力と細部への注意力。
- 週末や祝日を含む柔軟な勤務時間に対応できる方。
