We are looking for an FP&A Specialist/Manager for a leading company in the fintech sector.T his important role reports directly to the CFO and allows for mostly remote work.
This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in using business models within IT systems.

• 財務予測、報告書、および分析を詳細に作成・管理する。
• 他部署と連携し、会社の計画やプログラムを改善する。
• 意思決定をサポートするための明確な財務報告書を提供する。
• 戦略的変更や新規規制の影響を分析する。
• シニアリーダーに対し、正確な予算および財務トレンド分析を支援する。
• 予算との差異をレビューし、コスト削減策を提案する。
• グローバルFP&Aプロセスの改善に向けた特別プロジェクトを主導する。

応募資格:

• 少なくとも5年以上の財務計画・分析の経験。
• 財務モデリングおよび会計の強力なスキル。
• 業務効率に焦点を当てた優れた分析能力。
• 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
• 決済処理または銀行業務の経験があれば尚可。
• MBA取得者またはCPA資格保有者が望ましい。
