We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a leading company in the FMCG sector in Tokyo. You'll work on important projects that influence company decisions in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis and provide strategic advice.
財務計画および分析を主導し、戦略的なアドバイスを提供する。

Create and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
ビジネス上の意思決定を支援するための財務モデルを作成・維持する。

Analyze variances and report financial performance to senior management.
予算と実績の差異分析を行い、経営陣に財務パフォーマンスを報告する。

Work with different teams to boost business growth and efficiency.
各部門と連携し、事業の成長および業務効率の向上を推進する。

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
予算管理、予測、長期的な財務計画を担当する。

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
財務規制および社内ポリシーの遵守を徹底する。


Qualifications

Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in FMCG or financial services.
財務計画および分析の実務経験（FMCGまたは金融業界での経験があれば尚可）。

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
優れた分析力と細部への注意力。

Excellent English communication skills; Japanese language skills are a plus.
高度な英語コミュニケーション能力（日本語スキルがあれば尚可）。

Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
チームで円滑に業務を進め、複数の業務を同時に遂行できる能力。
