Key Responsibilities

• - Conduct sales analyses
• - Build reports
• - Prepare / coordinate budgets and forecasts.
• - Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and contract management.
• - Support strategic planning (economic / market trend analysis).
• - Lead projects to improve Finance and Business Controlling processes.
• - Monitor and analyze sales and expense variances.
• - Conduct inventory, gross margin, and profitability analysis.
• - Identify risks and opportunities through analytics and propose improvement actions.

Qualifications

• - 5+ years of experience in financial planning and business analysis.
• - Experience in a multinational company.
• - Experience in related sectors (eg. retail, fashion, or FMCG).
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
• - MBA or CPA is a plus.
