Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a talented Financial Due Diligence Specialist to join their dynamic team in Tokyo.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cross-border projects and collaborate with clients in the Private Equity, Corporate Venture Capital, and Asset Management sectors.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed financial due diligence for M&A transactions in the financial sector.

金融業界のM&A取引において、詳細な財務デューデリジェンスを実施します。

Work with teams from different disciplines to provide strategic M&A advisory services.

様々な分野のチームと連携し、戦略的なM&Aアドバイザリーサービスを提供します。

Help shape M&A strategies, deal structuring, and valuation.

M&A戦略、取引構造の策定、評価に貢献します。

Support efforts in post-merger integration and regulatory compliance.

合併後の統合や規制遵守に関する取り組みをサポートします。

Participate in forensic investigations and fraud checks.

フォレンジック調査や不正チェックに参加します。

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant or similar international certification.

公認会計士または同等の国際資格を保有していること。

At least 3 years of auditing experience in the financial industry, ideally with a Big 4 firm, or 2 years of consulting experience in a financial setting.

金融業界での監査経験が3年以上、理想的にはBig4での経験、または金融分野でのコンサルティング経験が2年以上あること。

Experience in planning or accounting in financial institutions, especially in M&A and international accounting standards, is helpful.

金融機関での企画または会計の経験、特にM&Aや国際会計基準に関する知識があると望ましい。

Bachelor's degree or higher.

学士号以上の学歴。

Strong English communication skills are preferred.
