Responsibilities

Work with the Division Management Committee to create and implement economic strategies.

部門経営委員会と協力して、経済戦略を策定し、実行します。

Offer financial advice to senior management to support growth.

Balance goals across business units for fair contributions to division results.

Lead the creation of strategic financial plans, budgets, and trends.

Improve financial performance through effective cost management.

Develop budgets and forecasts with business partners.

Ensure compliance with financial standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal controls.

Oversee the accuracy of reports at various levels.

Manage contracts to ensure legal and economic relevance.

Support Business Unit Controllers in meeting their goals.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

コントローリングまたは財務計画および分析（FP&A）において7年以上の経験。

Fluent in English and Japanese.

英語と日本語に堪能であること。

Skilled in management standards, internal control, and financial reporting tools, such as ERP systems like SAP.

管理基準、内部統制、財務報告ツール（SAPなどのERPシステム）に精通していること。

Experience in FP&A within the FMCG or Retail industry is preferred.

FMCGまたは小売業界でのFP&Aの経験があると望ましい。

Strong business understanding and analytical skills.
