We are looking for a skilled Financial Accountant with experience in Accounts Receivable and Treasury for a leading company in the luxury retail industry. Key Responsibilities:


Manage daily banking and cash operations.
日々の銀行取引および現金管理業務を担当します。

Handle payment preparations and manage cash flow.
支払準備を行い、資金繰りを管理します。

Perform monthly reconciliations and prepare treasury reports.
月次照合作業を実施し、資金管理レポートを作成します。

Reconcile sales and manage invoice processes.
売上データの照合および請求書処理を管理します。

Support cash application and clearing activities.
入金処理および消込業務をサポートします。

Provide administrative support for sales operations.
営業オペレーションに関する事務サポートを行います。

Coordinate with internal and external audits.
内部監査および外部監査への対応を行います。

Work on process optimization projects, including RPA integration.
RPA導入を含む業務プロセス改善プロジェクトに携わります。

Assist with ERP and POS system upgrades.
ERPやPOSシステムのアップグレード支援を行います。

Take on additional finance and accounting tasks as needed.
必要に応じてその他の財務・会計関連業務を担当します。


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
経営学、経済学、または財務関連の学士号をお持ちの方。

Certification such as Nissho Boki 3rd or BATIC Accountant is a plus.
日商簿記3級やBATIC会計士資格をお持ちの方は歓迎します。

At least 3 years' experience in an international company, with knowledge of International Accounting Standards.
国際会計基準に関する知識を持ち、国際企業での実務経験が3年以上ある方。

Experience in a multi-brand or complex retail environment is helpful.
複数ブランドを扱う企業や複雑な小売業界での経験がある方は優遇します。

Skilled in SAP and Excel.
SAPおよびExcelの使用経験がある方。

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
優れた組織力およびマルチタスク能力をお持ちの方。

Dependable with excellent communication skills.
信頼性が高く、優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方。

Fluent in Japanese, with good English reading and writing skills.
日本語が堪能で、英語の読み書きができる方。
