Our client in the technology sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for their Tokyo office. This key role involves overseeing financial management, engaging with stakeholders, and leading a dedicated finance team.

Responsibilities


- Lead the finance team in recruitment, performance management, and career growth.
財務チームの採用、パフォーマンス管理、キャリア成長を指導

- Manage Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes for smooth operations.
財務、注文から入金（O2C）、調達から支払い（P2P）、記録から報告（R2R）プロセスを管理し、円滑な運営を確保

- Work with the Finance and Accounting Hub to handle transactions and solve issues efficiently.
財務および会計ハブと連携し、取引の処理や問題解決を効率的に行う

- Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency and ensure accurate financial reporting.
プロセス効率を向上させ、正確な財務報告を確保するための戦略を開発・実施

- Ensure strict compliance with policies and accounting standards across all activities.
すべての活動において、方針および会計基準を厳守

Qualifications


- At least 8 years in accounting or financial analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
会計または財務分析での最低8年間の経験、うち最低5年間はリーダーシップの役割

- Strong accounting background, with preferred qualifications like JPGAAP CPA, ACA, or ACCA.
強力な会計のバックグラウンド、JPGAAP、CPA、ACA、ACCAなどの資格があれば尚可

- Experience in financial services, tax, and treasury within multinational and shared service settings.
多国籍企業やシェアードサービスでの金融サービス、税務、財務経験

- Fluent in English and Japanese, with strong skills in managing stakeholders.
