We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join the leadership team of a top luxury retail company. In this key role, you will manage financial operations, control spending, and improve financial processes to help meet the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

Create monthly and yearly financial statements.

月次および年次の財務諸表を作成します。

Prepare detailed financial analysis reports.

詳細な財務分析レポートを作成します。

Lead the annual budgeting process and performance reviews.

年次予算策定プロセスおよびパフォーマンスレビューをリードします。

Help improve accounting systems.

Oversee various accounting and financial operations.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in financial management in a multinational setting.

多国籍企業での財務管理の経験が5年以上あること。

Experience in the luxury or fashion retail sector is a plus.

Ability to quickly solve complex financial problems.

Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English.

Degree in accounting or a related field, with credentials like CPA, CIMA, or ACCA.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills focused on achieving results.
