Our client are a well-established AI / technology company, recruiting a Finance and Accounting Manage. You'll lead financial operations and guide IPO preparations.

業務内容:

• CFOの財務戦略をサポート
• 月次および年次決算業務を統括
• 財務開示および監査を管理
• 財務戦略の策定および実施
• IPO準備プロジェクトをリード
• 経営管理資料の作成
• 金融機関や監査法人との関係管理
• 業務効率化のための改善策を導入

応募資格:

• 3年以上の経理経験
• マネージャー経験
• 上場企業での財務経験、またはIPOプロセスの経験
• IPO準備の経験（優遇）
• 監査法人での経験（優遇）
