We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at a leading hotel in Tokyo. The role involves creating exceptional Western cuisine while maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities

Develop and implement seasonal menus focused on Western cuisine.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Western cuisine.

西洋料理を専門とするエグゼクティブシェフとしての実績。

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

優れたリーダーシップと組織能力。

In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

食品安全と衛生に関する深い知識。

Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
