Valuation Specialist - Global Consulting Firm

We are seeking a Valuation Specialist to join our consulting firm in Tokyo.

This role involves working on important projects and providing valuation services across different sectors. As a part of our deal advisory team, you will focus on valuation, financial due diligence, and execution support to help solve complex client issues. 主要業務内容：

- M&A活動における企業、事業、株式価値の評価を実施
- 財務報告の目的で資産を評価するための特定の方法を使用
- M&A取引で取得した有形および無形資産の公正価値を評価し、特に購入価格配分（PPA）に焦点を当てる
- ストックオプションや優先株式などのオプション評価を実施し、より広範な分析の可能性を探る
- 債務評価に特化し、他の評価サービスにも従事

資格要件：

シニアアソシエイトポジションの場合：

- 銀行や保険会社などの金融機関での評価業務の経験が3年以上
- 財務部門での評価と投資評価に焦点を当てた経験
- 監査のバックグラウンドを持ち、評価サービスに興味を持っている方
- コンサルティングファームでの評価経験

マネージャー以上のポジションの場合：

- 類似業界でのプロジェクト管理を含む評価経験が3年以上
- 投資銀行またはファンドでの関連経験
