Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ERP systems to meet changing business needs.
- Set up frameworks for efficient data flow between ERP modules and other systems.
- Choose and assess ERP software that fits business needs and growth plans.
- Create detailed documentation on system designs and data structures.
- Work with senior leaders to create a technology roadmap that supports business goals.
- Find opportunities to improve ERP systems and suggest new solutions to business challenges.
- Conduct feasibility studies for technology investments and upgrades.
- Design integration solutions for ERP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Set up protocols for data exchange to ensure smooth system interoperability.
- Develop metrics to monitor and improve ERP system performance.
- Conduct assessments to ensure systems can support business growth and increased user demands.
- Evaluate current Manufacturing and SCM processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Align ERP strategies with plans for business continuity and growth in Manufacturing and SCM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect focusing on Manufacturing and SCM ERP systems.
- Extensive experience with S/4 Hana Architecture and implementations.
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman.
- Strong understanding of ERP system architectures and integration techniques.
- Proven ability to create technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing global teams.
