Engineering Project Manager (Data Center MEP) データセンタープロジェクトマネージャー

Our client are in search of an Engineering Project Manager to oversee the execution of data center fit-out projects.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of all stages of project development, from initial design to the final handover, in a global company with generous salary and benefits.

業務内容:

• プロジェクトの開始、範囲、目的、および成果物を定義。
• 設計、入札、調達、建設、および委託段階を通じてプロジェクトをリード。
• プロジェクトのスケジュール、予算、品質基準の遵守、安全、リスク管理、規制遵守を維持。

応募資格:

• 機械工学、電気工学、または建築サービス工学の学士号。
• 関連分野での最低10年の経験。
• データセンタープロジェクトに特化した9年以上の経験（望ましい）。
• PMP認定（望ましい）。
• 日本の規制に関する知識。
• MS Project、AutoCAD、およびProject Powerの習熟。
• 日本語の流暢な能力は必須。

Responsibilities:

• Manage project initiation, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead the project through design, tendering, procurement, construction, and commissioning stages.
• Maintain adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Focus on data center projects for at least 9 years (preferred).
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of Japanese regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Project Power.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
