Job Responsibilities:

As a DX Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Digital Strategy and Concept Formulation: Develop comprehensive digital strategies and concepts tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
• Business Transformation: Lead and manage business transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
• Research Solutions: Conduct in-depth research to identify innovative digital solutions and best practices that can address client challenges.
• Business Requirement Definition: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• System Requirement Definition: Define system requirements in collaboration with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.
• Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of digital solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.

Team Structure:

The DX team is structured into two main sub-units, each with a distinct focus:

1. Data & Architecture:

• Objective: Combine data distribution and digital technology to address client issues.
• Scope: From initial planning to system implementation, this unit handles the entire lifecycle of digital solutions.
• Expertise: Specializes in data management, architecture design, and technology integration.

2. SaaS Service:o

• Objective: Digitize interactions between residents/businesses and local governments.
• Scope: Manages everything from concept formulation to business reform and system operations.
• Expertise: Focuses on the development and implementation of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to streamline and enhance public services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital transformation, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications in digital transformation, project management, or related fields are a plus.
• Native in Japanese with business English proficiency
