Director of SAW Technology Development (work in English OK!!)

Our client are a leader in semiconductor tech, recruiting a Director of SAW Technology Development.

This is a rare opportunity to work at a senior leadership level in English! This role does not require Japanese fluency. We encourage a wide range of candidates to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement technology development strategy.
• - Lead & manage a multi-functional team.
• - Evaluate new technologies and equipment, and recommend for adoption or enhancement.
• - Identify potential risks in technology development projects and create mitigation plans.
• - Help the integration team transition design prototypes into cost-efficient, high-volume manufacturable technologies.
• - Manage projects, solve problems, and discuss complex issues with your team.

Required Qualifications:

• - Advanced degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, RF Engineering, or similar.
• - 10+ years of relevant experience in Technology Development or Integration.
• - Strong leadership and communication skills.
• - Comprehensive understanding of SAW/BAW Technology Development and manufacturing.
• - Project Management skills.
