This key role ensures guest services run smoothly, covering front desk management, housekeeping, and guest relations. You must be dedicated to upholding the highest service standards.

主な業務内容：

• - フロントデスク、ハウスキーピング、お客様サービスの日常業務を管理
• - 最高品質のお客様サービスを提供するための方針を策定し適用
• - 部門責任者と協力し、ゲストからの問い合わせや特別なリクエストに対応
• - 客室在庫を管理し、リソースを最適化
• - 客室を定期的に検査し、清掃とメンテナンスを確認
• - スタッフのトレーニングと評価を通じて、パフォーマンスとサービスの向上を図る
• - 効率的に予算を策定し管理
• - 健康・安全基準の遵守を保証
• - 前向きで協力的な職場環境を促進
• - ゲストからの苦情を迅速かつプロフェッショナルに解決

応募資格：

• - ホスピタリティマネジメントまたは関連分野の学士号歓迎
• - ホテルマネジメントの役職で5年以上の経験
• - フロントオフィスとハウスキーピングの業務に関する深い知識
• - ホテル管理ソフトウェアの使用に熟練
• - リーダーシップとチーム管理の実績
• - 優れたコミュニケーション能力と顧客サービススキル
• - プレッシャーの下で効率的にマルチタスクをこなす能力
• - 複数の言語に堪能であることはプラス
• - 強い組織力と細部への注意力
• - 夜間、週末、祝日を含む柔軟な勤務時間に対応可能
