• 市場動向や競合の価格設定を分析し、価格設定と流通を改善
• 営業、マーケティング、オペレーションと連携し、収益戦略を事業目標と整合
• データ分析を活用して需要予測、価格決定、在庫管理を行う
• チームを指導・育成し、継続的改善の文化を推進
• 詳細な収益レポートを作成し、上層部に対して洞察と提案を提供

応募資格:

• ホスピタリティ業界での収益管理経験8年以上
• 強力な分析能力と収益管理ソフトウェアの専門知識
• 成功するチームを動機付け、管理するリーダーシップ能力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉力、英語に堪能であれば尚可（日本語ができれば尚良し）
• 戦略的かつ顧客志向の考え方、市場の変化に適応できる
