主な業務内容：

- 客室収益と市場シェアを最大化するための戦略を策定し実行
- データ分析を活用して需要予測、在庫管理、競争力のある価格設定を実施
- 収益分析チームをリードし、優れた成果と成長を促進
- 市場動向を分析し、ホテルの競争力を維持
- 営業、マーケティング、オペレーションと密接に連携し、ビジネス目標に沿った戦略を策定

応募資格：

- ホスピタリティ業界で8年以上の収益管理経験
- 収益向上と価格最適化の実績
- 優れた分析能力と収益管理ツールの知識
- 卓越したリーダーシップとチーム管理能力
- 効果的なコラボレーションのための強力なコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
