資格とスキル

• ビジネス、営業、マーケティング、または関連分野の学士号。
• 商業環境、コンサルティング、会計、法律事務所での豊富な経験。
• 英語と日本語に堪能であること。中国語のスキルはプラス。
• 強固なクライアントおよびパートナー関係を構築・維持する能力。
• クライアントのニーズに焦点を当てた「ソリューションセリング」に熟練。
• 異なる地域にわたる複雑な提案の管理経験。
• 自己動機付けができ、単独またはチームの一員として働く能力。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、交渉力、影響力。
• 結果志向で、優れた優先順位付け能力と業務管理スキル。
• 特にSaaSにおけるエンタープライズソフトウェア販売の経験が望ましい。
