代理店営業マネージャ Dealer Sales Manager (Biotech / Diagnostics)

Our client are are medical device manufacturer with specialty in Biotechnology and Diagnostics fields. They're recruiting a Dealer Sales Manager.

Our client offers hybrid work and telework arrangements.

You don't need to be fluent in English for this role! You must be fluent in Japanese.

Responsibilities:

- Manage sales operations (including consumables, specialized products, and equipment).
- Work with regional marketing managers to share market insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Find and develop new business opportunities.
- Share feedback; suggest improvements for products and business processes.

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in team management (strongly preferred)
- Skills in project management or IT are a plus.
- Must be fluent in Japanese
- English profiency is NOT NEEDED
