Customer Success Team Manager (Pre-IPO SaaS)

Our client are a well-established fast-growing SaaS company, searching for a Customer Success Manager. They provide advanced technology solutions that support major organizations and governments.

This is a team management role. You'll have a lot of freedom to drive customer success and business growth, and you'll have chances to contribute to international projects.

Responsibilities:

  • - Manage the Customer Success Team.
  • - Set team strategy and goals.
  • - Manage KPIs of team members.
  • - Create strategies to improve client satisfaction and renewal rates.
  • - Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
  • - Lead problem-solving efforts to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • - Inform clients about new features and updates.
  • - Suggest additional services and upsell to increase revenue.


Qualifications:

  • - 5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, Pre-sales, Delivery, or Support
  • - Experience in SaaS
  • - Experience in high-touch account management
  • - Team management experience (preferred)
  • - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
