We are looking for a Cross-Border Deals Strategy Consultant who speaks Japanese. You will provide advice on mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships both in Japan and internationally. This includes helping with corporate strategies, market research, and strategies to increase value after deals. You will work with a top-notch strategy and M&A team and have the chance to grow your skills through diverse projects.


主な業務内容:

• 市場調査を行い、ビジネス構造を分析し、提案営業のための資料を作成する。
• インタビューやアンケートを通じて洞察を収集する。
• 国内外でのプロジェクトを管理し、リスクと品質を管理しながら成果物を作成する。
• チーム開発を支援し、提案営業活動をリードする。

理想的な候補者のプロファイル:

• コンサルティング、シンクタンク、企業戦略での経験。
• M&A、企業企画、事業開発のバックグラウンド。
• ビジネスや利益創出に興味がある。
• MBAや業界特有の知識があると尚可。
• コンサルティングや戦略の役割でのリーダーシップ経験。
• 戦略的思考を持ったクライアント管理スキル。
• 高度な英語力が必須。
