Our client are a fast-growing startup in the automotive / mobility industry, recruiting a Corporate IT Specialist.

This is an opportunity for an IT professional to fast-track their career development in a growing startup. Our client offers flexible working arrangements, with remote / hybrid work available.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Oversee corporate IT operations (including ID management, authentication system design, and development).
• - Set up IT processes for staff onboarding / offboarding.
• - Manage software and other business systems.
• - Write user guides.
• - Conduct IT risk assessments; put security measures in place.
• - Set up IT infrastructure at key locations.
• - Deliver user support to all staff members.
• - Lead digital transformation initiatives within the company.

Required Skills and Experience:

• - Experience building / operating corporate IT systems.
• - Familiarity with various operating systems, including macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
• - Knowledge of ID management and authentication systems.
• - Proficiency in managing end-points for macOS, Windows, iOS, Android.
• - Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python and Go.
• - Experience in managing corporate IT assets and technical writing.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
